A Musical Summer

“I looked out this morning and the sun was gone Turned on some music to start my day I lost myself in a familiar song I closed my eyes and I slipped away” – Boston, More Than A Feeling It was during the encore of The Sing Off concert, with everyone in the tour singing Jeff Buckley’s Halleluiah, when my boyfriend turned to me and said, “if this is how this year’s concerts are going to be, wow.” And he was right. This is the year he presented the idea of us getting season lawn passes to Bethel Woods, the site where the original Woodstock was held. At the time, the lineup of acts hasn’t been announced and we were debating whether it would be worth the cost of the passes and having to drive to the venue each time.
